the location was acceptable , being fairly central.
the elevator situation was a real problem. one of the two elevators was out of service , and this made waiting times excessive. it added unnecessary stress to getting around the hotel.

I liked the complimentary beer hour at 5pm. It was a nice touch. the location proved convenient. Many attractions were within walking distance. i found the staff very helpful when i asked for recommendations nearby. This added value to my stay.
The sink in the bathroom was small and hard to use. a glass shelf stuck out where my head was. I struggled to wash my face.

I liked that the location allowed easy walks to pike's place and capitol hill. the room was very clean and quiet. i appreciated the craft beer happy hour in the lobby. It reminded me of hanging out at a cozy bar.
i noticed that there was no hot water available at one point. i learned high hotel occupancy sometimes causes water heating delays. this inconvenience made showering difficult before an important meeting.

the staff were amazing! they were super friendly and always opened the doors for me which i found kind. they also had umbrellas available which was helpful given the weather. i really liked how walkable the area was and how close it was to public transport it was so convenient.
the gym only had a few pieces of equipment available but it was very clean! i did like the space, though

The hotel is really close to major attractions. It's near the ferry terminal which is super convenient. i found the surrounding area very easy to navigate on foot so getting around was never a problem for me. Such a plus.

I loved that the hotel provides bikes to use this made exploring the area so much fun. there's also free coffee in the lobby during the morning. Such a nice touch. in the evenings they have complimentary local beer on tap!
